Megan K. Fox is an IFTA nominated writer/director working across TV and film, passionate about exploring human experience on screen with heart and humour. She loves absurd comedy and horror, mixed genre pieces, and a banging soundtrack. She is a graduate of the MA Directing programme at Met Film School London, and a Screenwriting MA alum of Trinity College Dublin.

Her TV credits include '12 Dates ‘til Christmas' (Hallmark) starring Mae Whitman, Jane Seymour and Mary McDonnell, 'Captivated' (Channel 5), 'Video Nasty' (BBC/Virgin Media), 'Eastenders' (BBC) and 'Fair City' (RTÉ). Her Channel 5 drama 'Captivated' achieved record viewership for the channel and climbed to number 1 on Netflix for two weeks across Christmas 2025, and she was nominated for an IFTA for Best Drama Director for 'Video Nasty' earlier this year.

Megan is currently working on the much anticipated series 'The Rachel Incident' for Channel 4, produced by Element Pictures in association with Universal and Pageboy. She directs episodes 5-8 of the 8 part series starring Mairéad Tyres, Daniel Ings, Sarah Greene and Ellis Howard.
